New York High School Lacrosse - Sweet Home drops to Iroquois
June 14, 2021: Elma, NY 14059 Iroquois Chiefs (Elma, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Sweet Home Panthers (Amherst, NY), 14-2 in a league battle.
The Chiefs now have a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Amherst Central for a Class C battle on Tuesday, June 15. Iroquois will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 19-1 league loss to Lake Shore (Angola, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 2-10.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Williamsville South Billies (Williamsville, NY) in a Class C battle, on Wednesday, June 16. Sweet Home will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Billies come into the battle with a 4-8 record after their 14-8 league loss to Williamsville East (East Amherst, NY).
