The Mustangs now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Davenport West for a non-league challenge on Thursday, June 19. Hempstead will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 13-2 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-12.
With the defeat, Bettendorf drops to 11-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Central DeWitt (DeWitt, IA) to clash with the in a non-league challenge on Monday, June 16. The go into the challenge with a record of 6-6.
