Iowa High School Softball - Aplington-Parkersburg bounces Belle Plaine
June 17, 2025: Belle Plaine, IA 52208 The Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Belle Plaine Plainsmen to 5 in the Falcons non-league win on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbus for a North Iowa Cedar - Central battle on Thursday, June 19.
With the loss, Belle Plaine moves to 0-18 on the season. The Plainsmen travel to Sigourney (Sigourney, IA) to confront the Savages in a South Iowa Cedar battle on Friday, June 20. The Savages come into the battle with a record of 10-5.
