June 18, 2024: Des Moines, IA 50315 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Lincoln Railsplitters (Des Moines, IA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Lamoni Demons (Lamoni, IA), by a margin of 9-0.
With the triumph, Lincoln moves its record to 10-3 on the year. The Railsplitters host Waterloo East (Waterloo, IA) to play the Trojans in a non-league contest on Wednesday, June 19. The Trojans come into the contest with a record of 2-19. Waterloo East lost 16-6 in their recent non-league contest against Ames (Ames, IA)
In their next game, the Demons play the Melcher-Dallas Saints (Melcher, IA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, June 20. Lamoni will attempt to move on its 7-9 season record.
