Iowa High School Baseball - Carroll defeats Storm Lake
June 20, 2025: Storm Lake, IA 50588 The Carroll Tigers (Carroll, IA) baseball trounced the host Storm Lake Tornadoes (Storm Lake, IA), 7-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 7-10 record. They take the field next when they host Boone for a Raccoon River challenge on Monday, June 23. Carroll will clash with a Toreadors team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Webster City (Webster City, IA). The Toreadors record now stands at 11-6.
With the defeat, Storm Lake drops to 8-6 on the year. The Tornadoes travel to Spencer (Spencer, IA) to clash with the Tigers in a Lakes challenge on Monday, June 23. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 7-8. Spencer lost 6-4 in their recent non-league challenge against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA)
