The Spartans now sport a 24-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mt. Vernon for a non-league match on Saturday, June 22. Pleasant Valley will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Muscatine (Muscatine, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 25-7.
With the loss, Fort Madison falls to 5-12 on the campaign. The Bloodhounds host West Delaware (Manchester, IA) to face the Hawks in a non-league match on Saturday, June 22. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 11-13. West Delaware lost 13-3 in their recent non-league match against Northeast (Goose Lake, IA)
