Iowa High School Softball - MOC-Floyd Valley bounces Denison-Schleswig
June 23, 2023: Orange City, IA 51041 The MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA) softball routed the visiting Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA), 11-2 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Dutchmen (14-8) will now prepare for their bout against Le Mars (Le Mars, IA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 16-9 record. In their last bout, Le Mars toppled Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA), 7-2, in a league bout.
The Monarchs now possess a 14-14 record. They play next when they travel to Spencer for a non-league bout on Saturday, June 24. Denison-Schleswig will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Le Mars (Le Mars, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 11-11.
