Iowa High School Softball - Treynor gets by Carroll
June 24, 2023: Carroll, IA 51401 The Treynor Cardinals (Treynor, IA) softball nipped the host Carroll Tigers (Carroll, IA), 4-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cardinals (13-7) will now prepare for their bout against Kuemper (Carroll, IA). The Knights go into the non-league bout with a 13-11 record. In their last bout, Kuemper was edged by Greene County (Jefferson, IA), 11-1, in a non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 14-15 record. They play next when they host Lewis Central for a non-league bout on Saturday, June 24. Carroll will confront a Titans squad coming off a 9-5 league loss to Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Titans record now stands at 12-13.
