Iowa High School Softball - West Central Valley bounces Seymour
June 24, 2023: Seymour, IA 52590 West Central Valley Wildcats (Stuart, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Seymour Warriors (Seymour, IA), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madrid for a non-league challenge on Monday, June 26. West Central Valley will face a Tigers squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Des Moines Christian (Des Moines, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-21.
With the loss, Seymour falls to 11-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host Moravia (Moravia, IA) to face the Mohawks in a non-league challenge on Monday, June 26. The Mohawks enter the challenge with a record of 10-17. Moravia lost 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Sigourney (Sigourney, IA)
