Iowa High School Baseball - Sidney loses to Stanton
June 24, 2024: Sidney, IA 51652 Stanton Vikings (Stanton, IA) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Sidney Cowboys (Sidney, IA), 12-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Stanton advances its record to 14-5 on the season. The Vikings host Bedford (Bedford, IA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, June 25. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 15-9. Bedford won 13-0 in their recent non-league match against Audubon (Audubon, IA)
The Cowboys now have a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southwest Valley for a non-league match on Monday, July 1.
