With the triumph, Mt. Pleasant moves its record to 17-6 on the season. The Panthers travel to Fort Madison (Fort Madison, IA) to confront the Bloodhounds in a non-league contest on Thursday, June 27. The Bloodhounds come into the contest with a record of 7-13.
The Sailors now possess a 14-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Linn for a non-league contest on Tuesday, July 2.
