June 28, 2025: Orange City, IA 51041 Saydel Eagles (Des Moines, IA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA), 8-7 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Saydel moves its record to 19-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Nevada (Nevada, IA) to confront the Cubs in a non-league match on Wednesday, July 2. The Cubs come into the match with a record of 10-8.
The Dutchmen now possess a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Le Mars for a non-league match on Monday, June 30. MOC-Floyd Valley will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-4 league loss to Sioux City East (Sioux City, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-22.
