Iowa High School Baseball - Sergeant Bluff-Luton holds off West Delaware
June 29, 2024: Manchester, IA 52057 In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Sergeant Bluff-Luton Warriors baseball team scored a close 11-7 win over the West Delaware Hawks.
The Warriors (17-14) will now prepare for their game against Webster City (Webster City, IA). The Lynx go into the non-league game with a 16-9 record. In their last game, Webster City nudged Osage (Osage, IA), 7-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Hawks play the Wahlert Golden Eagles (Dubuque, IA) in a non-league game, on Friday, July 5. West Delaware will attempt to improve on its 10-21 season record.
