Iowa High School Baseball - Murray loses to Twin Cedars
July 3, 2025: Bussey, IA 50044 Twin Cedars Sabers (Bussey, IA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Murray Mustangs (Murray, IA), 9-4 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Twin Cedars advances its record to 11-11 on the season. The Sabers travel to Moulton-Udell (Moulton, IA) to battle the Eagles in a Bluegrass - East match on Saturday, July 5. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 2-12.
The Mustangs now have a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Union for a non-league match on Saturday, July 5.
