July 3, 2025: Springville, IA 52336 The Springville Orioles softball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Dunkerton Raiders to 4 in the Orioles non-league win on Thursday.
The Orioles now sport a 14-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Buchanan for a Tri-Rivers - West battle on Monday, July 7. Springville will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Lisbon (Lisbon, IA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 8-20.
With the loss, Dunkerton moves to 3-21 on the season. The Raiders host West Central (Maynard, IA) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league battle on Monday, July 7. The Blue Devils come into the battle with a record of 4-12. West Central lost 12-4 in their recent non-league battle against Oelwein (Oelwein, IA)
