Iowa High School Baseball - Cardinal loses to Interstate 35
July 9, 2024: Eldon, IA 52554 Interstate 35 Roadrunners (Truro, IA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Cardinal Comets (Eldon, IA), 8-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Interstate 35 moves its record to 20-5 on the season. The Roadrunners travel to Pleasantville (Pleasantville, IA) to confront the Trojans in a West Central match on Saturday, July 13. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 21-10. Pleasantville won 5-3 in their recent non-league match against Central Lee (Donnellson, IA)
The Comets now possess a 15-12 record.
