August 3, 2024: Mendenhall, MS 39114 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Simpson Academy Cougars (Mendenhall, MS) and the visiting Clinton Christian Academy Warriors (Clinton, MS), observed Simpson Academy's softball team prevail over Clinton Christian Academy by a tally of 18-3.
The Cougars (8-1) will now prepare for their bout against Tri-County Academy (Flora, MS). The Rebels go into the non-league bout with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Tensas Academy Chiefs (St. Joseph, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, August 13. Clinton Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
