The Farrington Governors (Honolulu, HI) football routed the visiting Waialua Bulldogs (Waialua, HI), 42-7 in Thursday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Governors clash with the Kapolei Hurricanes (Kapolei, HI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 12. Farrington will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Hurricanes enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 70-0 non-league win over Kealakehe (Kailua-Kona, HI).

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Nanakuli (Waianae, HI). The Golden Hawks enter the OIA II bout with a 0-0 record.
