August 6, 2025: Tallapoosa, GA 30176 The Rockmart Yellowjackets softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Haralson County Rebels to 1 in the Yellowjackets non-league win on Wednesday.
The Yellowjackets now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Temple for a non-league battle on Friday, August 8. Rockmart will confront a Tigers team coming off a 12-3 non-league loss to Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Haralson County moves to 0-1 on the season. The Rebels travel to Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 9. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 1-1. Fayette County won 8-7 in their recent league battle against LaGrange (LaGrange, GA)
