In Wednesday's non-league match, the Union Cougars (Roosevelt, UT) volleyball squad overcame the host Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Cougars battle the San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 8. Union will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Broncos enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Uintah (Vernal, UT).
