West Forsyth Wolverines (Cumming, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA), 14-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Wolverines now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pickens for a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 10. West Forsyth will face a Dragons squad coming off a 12-9 non-league win over North Atlanta (Atlanta, GA). The Dragons record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Mill Creek falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 10.
