Lakeside Vikings (Atlanta, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lakeside improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA) to meet the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 9. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next, the Panthers meet the McNair Mustangs (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 12. Southwest DeKalb will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
