The Johnson County Trojans routed the visiting Metter Tigers softball squad by a final score of 24-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Trojans (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Telfair County (McRae, GA). The Trojans go into the A Public Region 4 battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Telfair County notched a victory over Hawkinsville (Hawkinsville, GA), 7-2, in a league battle.

The Tigers now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to East Laurens for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 12. Metter will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 10-7 non-league loss to Peach County (Fort Valley, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-1.
