Georgia High School Softball - Walnut Grove gets by Grayson
August 10, 2022: Walnut Grove, GA 30052 The Walnut Grove Warriors got by the visiting Grayson Rams softball squad by a count of 5-4 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against North Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Trojans go into the 4A Area 8 battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, North Hall was edged by East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA), 8-3, in a league battle.
The Rams now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Mountain View for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 11. Grayson will meet a Bears squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA). The Bears record now stands at 2-0.
