Oklahoma High School Softball - Blackwell bounces Henryetta
August 11, 2023: Blackwell, OK 74631 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Blackwell Maroons (Blackwell, OK) and the visiting Henryetta Knights (Henryetta, OK), witnessed Blackwell's softball squad tip Henryetta by a count of 9-3.
The Maroons now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Stillwater for a non-league match on Saturday, August 12. Blackwell will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Stroud (Stroud, OK). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Henryetta moves to 7-4 on the season. The Knights host Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK) to face the Chieftains in a non-league match on Saturday, August 12. The Chieftains go into the match with a record of 2-4. Sapulpa lost 9-1 in their recent non-league match against Stillwater (Stillwater, OK)
