August 11, 2025: Memphis, TN 38116 Houston Mustangs (Germantown, TN) boosters were content Monday as they observed their football squad thwart the host Whitehaven Tigers (Memphis, TN), 16-6 in a non-league match.
The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Bartlett (Bartlett, TN). The Panthers come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Bartlett defeated Collierville (Collierville, TN), 32-20, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Tigers play the Arlington Tigers (Arlington, TN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 15. Whitehaven will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
