August 11, 2025: Rome, GA 30161 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) and the visiting Gordon Central Warriors (Calhoun, GA), observed Model's softball team prevail over Gordon Central by a tally of 17-2.
The Blue Devils (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Coosa (Rome, GA). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Coosa was routed by Rome (Rome, GA), 10-5, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, August 13. Gordon Central will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record.
