The Coronado Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Fossil Ridge Panthers to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Mustangs now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Abilene for a non-league game on Friday, August 13. Coronado will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cooper (Abilene, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
