August 12, 2022: Salt Lake City, UT 84121 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT) and the visiting West Jordan Jaguars (West Jordan, UT), saw Brighton's soccer squad triumph over West Jordan by a margin of 5-0.
The Bengals now sport a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Park City for a 5A Region 6 test on Monday, August 15. Brighton will encounter a Miners squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sky View (Smithfield, UT). The Miners record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, West Jordan drops to 2-2 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT) to encounter the Thunder in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 16. The Thunder come into the test with a record of 0-2. Westlake lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Layton (Layton, UT)
