August 12, 2023: Anchorage, AK 99507 Bartlett Golden Bears (Anchorage, AK) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK), 24-14 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Bartlett improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Golden Bears travel to Colony (Palmer, AK) to confront the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, August 18. The Knights come into the test with a record of 0-1. Colony lost 41-20 in their recent non-league test against West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK)
With the loss, Service drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to confront the Thunderbirds in a non-league test on Friday, August 18. The Thunderbirds come into the test with a record of 0-0.
