August 12, 2023: Porter, OK 74454 The Allen Mustangs softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Porter Pirates to 6 in the Mustangs league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Allen improves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Mustangs host Varnum (Seminole, OK) to clash with the Whippets in a non-league game on Monday, August 14. The Whippets come into the game with a record of 2-3. Varnum lost 12-0 in their recent league game against Moss (Holdenville, OK)
In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Locust Grove Pirates (Locust Grove, OK) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 14. Porter will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Pirates come into the game with a 6-1 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Ketchum (Ketchum, OK).
