Oklahoma High School Softball - Fletcher bounces Calumet
August 12, 2023: Fletcher, OK 73541 Fletcher Wildcats (Fletcher, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Calumet Chieftains (Calumet, OK), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Central for a Class A challenge on Monday, August 14. Fletcher will battle a Bronchos squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Empire (Duncan, OK). The Bronchos record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Calumet falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to Verden (Verden, OK) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, August 14. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 9-0. Verden won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Riverside Indian (Anadarko, OK)
