The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Rouse Raiders (Leander, TX) and the host Friendswood Mustangs (Friendswood, TX), saw Rouse's volleyball squad beat Friendswood by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Rouse upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Raiders travel to Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 12. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Ridge Point lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pearland (Pearland, TX)

The Mustangs now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Clear Creek for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 15. Friendswood will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.
