In Tuesday's non-league outing, the West Johnston Wildcats (Benson, NC) volleyball team were victorious over the visiting Clayton Comets (Clayton, NC), by a tally of 2-0.

The Wildcats now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 14. West Johnston will play a Rams team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
