August 14, 2021: Goshen, KY 40026 North Oldham Mustangs (Goshen, KY) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Fern Creek Tigers (Louisville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 19. North Oldham will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
The Broncos now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mercer County for a non-league challenge on Sunday, August 15. Frederick Douglass will confront a Titans team coming off a 1-0 league win over East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.
