Georgia High School Softball - Whitewater bounces Jackson
August 14, 2024: Jackson, GA 30233 The Whitewater Wildcats softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Jackson Red Devils to 4 in the Wildcats non-league win on Wednesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trinity Christian for a 3A Region 2 battle on Thursday, August 15. Whitewater will confront a Lions team coming off a 16-1 league win over Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA). The Lions record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Jackson moves to 0-7 on the season. The Red devils host Rutland (Macon, GA) to confront the Hurricanes in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 20. The Hurricanes come into the battle with a record of 1-3. Rutland lost 15-4 in their recent non-league battle against Howard (Macon, GA)
