The Albemarle Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Forest Hills Yellow Jackets to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Stanly for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 2.

The Yellow Jackets (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Central Academy of Technology & Arts (Monroe, NC). The Cougars come into the Rocky River 4A/5A outing with a 1-2 record.
