The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Evadale (Evadale, TX). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Evadale was beaten by Kountze (Kountze, TX), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Kirbyville Wildcats (Kirbyville, TX) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 14. Jasper will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Burkeville (Burkeville, TX).
