Kentucky High School Soccer - Tates Creek knocks off Bath County
August 15, 2022: Lexington, KY 40517 Tates Creek Commodores (Lexington, KY) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Commodores face the Lexington Christian Eagles (Lexington, KY) in a District 43 challenge, on Wednesday, August 17. Tates Creek will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY).
The Wildcats now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mason County for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, August 17. Bath County will face a Royals team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Powell County (Stanton, KY). The Royals record now stands at 2-2.
