Georgia High School Softball - Coffee bounces Bainbridge
August 15, 2023: Douglas, GA 31533 The Coffee Trojans routed the visiting Bainbridge Bearcats softball squad by a count of 10-3 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Trojans (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wayne County (Jesup, GA). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Wayne County nudged Lee County (Leesburg, GA), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
The Bearcats now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lowndes for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 17. Bainbridge will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to Cairo (Cairo, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-3.
