In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Somerset Briar Jumpers soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 win over the Corbin Redhounds.

The Briar Jumpers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Casey County (Liberty, KY). The Rebels enter the District 47 outing with a 0-1 record.

Next up, the Redhounds confront the Knox Central Panthers (Barbourville, KY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, August 17. Corbin will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
