The Ashe County Huskies edged the host Davie War Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Huskies confront the North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 19. Ashe County will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Knights go into the game with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Sun Valley (Monroe, NC).
