California High School Volleyball - California overwhelmed by Valley Christian
August 15, 2024: Whittier, CA 90604 Valley Christian Defenders (Cerritos, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host California Condors (Whittier, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Valley Christian advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Defenders travel to Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA) to face the Lancers in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 20. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 4-0. Bishop Amat won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA)
The Condors now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tustin for a non-league test on Friday, August 16. California will face a Tillers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fullerton (Fullerton, CA). The Tillers record now stands at 1-1.
