Ohio High School Volleyball - Hudson tips Austintown-Fitch

August 15, 2025: Youngstown, OH 44515

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Hudson Explorers (Hudson, OH) and the host Austintown-Fitch Falcons (Youngstown, OH), saw Hudson's volleyball squad nudge Austintown-Fitch by a score of 3-2.

With the win, Hudson improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Explorers travel to GlenOak (Canton, OH) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, August 15. The Golden Eagles go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Falcons now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walsh Jesuit for a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 19. Austintown-Fitch will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
