In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Whitehouse Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Hereford Whitefaces.

The Wildcats (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Plains (Amarillo, TX). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, West Plains went down by Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Whitefaces now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lubbock Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. Hereford will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Lamesa (Lamesa, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
