Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bluebirds face the Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 18. Highlands will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY).

The Crusaders now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roger Bacon for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 20.
