With the victory, Pendleton County moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Scott (Covington, KY) to confront the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. The Eagles enter the bout with a record of 2-1. Scott won 10-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mason County (Maysville, KY)
In their next game, the Thorobreds confront the Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, August 21. Harrison County will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Rebels enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY).
