The Vikings now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leilehua for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. Hilo will clash with a Mighty Mules squad coming off a 37-13 non-league loss to Waipahu (Waipahu, HI). The Mighty Mules record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Kauai drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Red raiders host Waimea (Waimea, HI) to clash with the Menehunes in a Kauai outing on Saturday, September 6. The Menehunes come into the outing with a record of 1-0.
