California High School Flag Football - Yucaipa falls to Poly
August 16, 2025: Riverside, CA 92506 The Poly Bears felled the visiting Yucaipa Thunderbirds flag football team by a score of 24-7 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bears meet the Lakeside Lancers (Lake Elsinore, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 19. Poly will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 41-0 non-league loss to Hemet (Hemet, CA).
With the defeat, Yucaipa drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds host Jurupa Hills (Fontana, CA) to face the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Monday, August 18. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Jurupa Hills lost 39-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Cajon (San Bernardino, CA)
