Kentucky High School Soccer - South Warren toppled by Marshall County
August 16, 2025: Benton, KY 42025 Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting South Warren Spartans (Bowling Green, KY), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Marshall County moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Marshals host Calloway County (Murray, KY) to confront the Lakers in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. The Lakers go into the outing with a record of 4-0. Calloway County won 1-0 in their recent non-league outing against Paducah Tilghman (Paducah, KY)
Next up, the Spartans confront the Liberty Creek Wolves (Gallatin, TN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, August 21. South Warren will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Beech (Hendersonville, TN).
